The Kenwood Estates neighborhood consists of townhouse villas and single-family homes, which follow the ranch-style architecture common in South Florida. Driveways are wide and paved, and the few multilevel houses have shared driveways and balconies overlooking the neighborhood. Homes here were built mostly between the 1960s and 1980s and typically cost between $250,000 and $450,000. The neighborhood has several gated subdivisions, and monthly HOA fees are under $200.
