Ranch and two-story homes with community amenities
Bradbury Ranch is a fairly even split of ranch styles and modern traditional two-story homes. Prices start at around $500,000 for either style, with ranch styles reaching up to $725,000 and two-story traditionals climbing as high as $900,000. Compared to other Denver suburbs, Bradbury Ranch offers significantly more space, with lots ranging from 6,500 to 8,000 square feet, while being listed at buyer-friendly prices. “You’re going to find bigger yards than nearby, and that’s part of what makes the neighborhood appealing,” says Shillington. “Prices are still going to reflect that proximity to Denver, but you’re getting more bang for your buck certainly.” HOA fees range from $85 per month to $404 per quarter, and provide access to the community pool, trash pickup and other services. “The area has a really strong market, and houses are appreciating,” says Shillington. “And while you can’t really call anywhere around Denver cheap, it is slightly more affordable.”Extensive trails, parks, and cultural venues
Bradbury Ranch offers direct access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, which leads from Parker all the way to downtown Denver. The 3-acre Auburn Hills Community Park is in the middle of the neighborhood. It has multi-use sports fields, a weather station and an outdoor amphitheater with a seating area. The Town of Parker itself has over 27 miles of paved trails, 250 acres of developed parkland, and more than 900 acres of open space - including O'Brien Park, a popular spot for community gatherings. With over 300 days of sunshine per year and the town's elevation providing a climate where even winter days can feel warm, golfers are often seen hitting the links at the Colorado Golf Club even in January and February. The Parker Recreation Center and Parker Fieldhouse offer plenty of indoor facilities and fitness areas. Nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park is another option for hiking and mountain biking, the latter being an especially popular activity in the area.Highly rated schools with open enrollment
Bradbury Ranch is part of the Douglas County School District. The district offers open enrollment, allowing families to choose schools that best fit their needs and allow for more flexibility. Prairie Crossing Elementary School is in the neighborhood and has an A-minus rating on Niche. Sierra Middle School is also rated A-minus. High school students can attend A-minus-rated Chaparral High School. Chaparral High is known for its regular competitiveness in athletics, competing at the state level in events such as rugby, and both inline and ice hockey.PACE brings the community together
Parker's historic Mainstreet is a hub for events like Parker Days and Christmas parades. The town also hosts events like Wine Walks and Oktoberfest. Cultural venues like the Parker Arts, Culture & Events – or PACE – Center provide art exhibits, classes, theater productions, and concerts.Convenient connectivity to major highways and employment centers
The neighborhood's location means easy access to Interstate 25, E-470, C-470, and Parker Road. The Denver Tech Center sits just under 15 miles from Parker, while downtown Denver and Denver International Airport are 25 and 30 miles away respectively. Depending on traffic, residents can make it to Denver in around 30-45 minutes via the highway. Major medical facilities like Parker Adventist Hospital and Sky Ridge Medical Center are both less than 10 miles away.Proximity to shopping centers and historic downtown dining options
The FlatAcres MarketCenter and Parker Valley Center both offer a range of retail and dining options nearby, while Downtown Parker features local eateries such as Indochine Cuisine, a favorite for its authentic fusion dishes. Fika Coffee House offers up freshly roasted coffee and is housed in the historic Rhode Island Hotel. “One of my favorite spots is Pho Vy,” says Shillington. “The best pho I’ve had in the area, hands down.” Residents looking to restock the pantry can choose between nearby Costco or King Soopers, while the Parkers Farmer Market offers local produce. “The great thing about living in Parker is that you don’t need to commute to Denver for anything really, unless you just want to,” says Shillington. “I hardly ever go to downtown Denver, because I rarely need to.”
