Navigating through Parkland to the eastern part of South Florida is as easy as hopping on the Sawgrass Expressway. Residents are also close to several high-end shopping centers in Boca Raton. For more fine dining or high end shopping people mostly go to East Boca,” Lanser says. Town Center at Boca Raton has luxury shops including Louis Vuitton and Gucci, as well as an array of upscale chain retailers and restaurants. Royal Palm Place, also in Boca, has an abundance of dining options. Chops Lobster Bar offers prime cuts of steak and seafood options. Boca residents flock to Cote France in the mornings for fresh, flaky pastries and an all-day breakfast menu.
