Paulsboro offers a central location to New Jersey residents
Paulsboro is a mostly residential community on the fringes of New Jersey, situated along the Delaware River. The area is almost directly across the water from the roar of jets at Philadelphia International Airport, but historic homes paired with the ability to commute to either Philadelphia or Wilmington bring residents to Paulsboro. “Paulsboro is right along the Delaware River and a pretty industrialized area,” says Tracy Troiani, a sales agent and Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach – Mullica Hill South. “There are a lot of older homes with some great character. There are families that have lived in that town a very long time.” Paulsboro sits between Gibbstown and West Deptford and Interstate 295 runs through the community, lending additional convenience on the New Jersey side.
