Residents live on quiet, hilly streets within walking distance of downtown shops, cafes and restaurants, making it a sought-after spot in the North Bay area. Highly rated schools and local parks are also key attractions for people moving to the neighborhood. “I love how close it is to downtown, and the community feel,” says Realtor Alex Costello of Compass Realty, who has lived in the neighborhood for nearly a decade. “All the neighbors really look out for each other.”
