New traditional homes with tree-lined backyards

Bustleton offers an eclectic mix of home styles, ranging from 1960s twin homes to detached new traditionals from the early 2000s. Most attached homes offer front-facing garages with paved driveways leading straight into the neighborhood’s winding streets. These tightly packed homes sit on narrow lots with backyards separated by wooden fences. Bustleton’s new traditional and ranch-style homes offer a bit more privacy with spacious green lawns and tree-lined backyards. Flat sidewalks make it easy for residents to go on an evening stroll around the neighborhood. A three-bedroom rowhome in Bustleton usually lists between $250,000 and $350,000. Meanwhile, some of the newer homes with four bedrooms can cost up to $500,000.

The area where I reside is nice and quiet. I like my neighbors and it makes me feel good to help them out when needed. This is a close knit community from what I have seen.

A restaurant nearby that's awesome is Longhorn. They have the best steak around, the menu is diverse, and the people who work there are all very friendly.
