Additionally, there are two large discount stores: Roses Discount Store at Rising Sun Plaza and the warehouse-style Forman Mills. Along with several other merchants, the large shopping complex is home to a Planet Fitness facility where you can work out and a Hong Kong Supermarket, which is well-known for its extensive seafood selection and Asian delicacies that are hard to obtain in other grocery stores. The area also has many corner markets for a short shopping expedition.
Many options are available for a multi-cultural dining experience, whether you're looking for quick food, cozy casual dining, or a great sit-down restaurant. In Lawncrest, Vietnamese eateries are highly well-liked, with Pho Ha Saigon being a local favorite. Rising Sun Avenue is home to many dining establishments, one of which is Larry's, a beloved local institution that has been providing cheesesteaks and hoagies since 1956.
