Poplar

Poplar offers everything from twin homes to condos
The housing market in Poplar is sparse. “Real estate in the Poplar area as a whole moves relatively slow,” Silverman says. However, when homes come up on the market, homebuyers can expect to find twin homes, rowhouses, townhouses and condos. Most of the twin homes and rowhouses were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. They often sell for between $290,000 and $380,000. When it comes to townhouses, there is a mix of historic and new builds. Older units can sell for between $350,000 and $600,000, while new townhomes can sell for between $720,000 and $1.2 million. Condos range from $135,000 and $386,000. There are also over 500 public housing units available for rent.
