About Pinehurst, MA

An established community with easy access for commuters

About 20 miles northwest of Boston, on the south side of Billerica, Pinehurst is a small, suburban village where homebuyers can find lower-priced homes without going too far from the city. “It’s a neighborhood full of seasoned homes. They’re mature properties that have been there for a while,” says Ellen Grant, a sales associate with Keller Williams Gateway Realty. “People like the access to the highways and more affordable properties.” Pinehurst is home to approximately 7,300 residents and offers a quiet lifestyle. Homes are close together, giving it a suburban feel, but the mature trees on the properties add natural beauty and privacy for homeowners. Highly rated nearby schools make life convenient, while local parks add fun and relaxation to the area. With several major highways nearby and a few public transit options, Pinehurst residents are never far from anywhere they need to go.
