The neighborhood’s wide streetscapes feature paved sidewalks scattered with native trees from palms to California bay laurels. Traditional and contemporary ranch-styles, bungalows and traditional designs are the most common homes. Some houses display Spanish accent influences with tan tiled roofs, while many display 2-car garages, fenced-in backyards and manicured landscaping that blends into the backdrop of the lush valley landscape. Smaller one-level homes typically range from $650,000 to $800,000, while larger, two-level homes typically range from $825,000 to $1.36 million. Homes on larger lots or ones further up in the hills tend to be priced at the higher range.
