Outdoor recreation at The Preserve Golf Club and The Preserve Pool
The Preserve at Jordan Lakes is home to a golf club of the same name, which has helped to make the residential community a sought-after location. The semi-private The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club has an 18-hole Davis Love III-designed golf course and a restaurant called The Grille that specializes in chicken salad sandwiches. “Outside visitors sometimes come to eat at The Grille, but it mainly caters to golfers,” says Lucas Mowl, Head Golf Professional at The Preserve. “We also have a full driving range and practice facility, and we do junior camps over the summer.” Near the golf club, The Preserve Clubhouse has a fitness center, an outdoor community pool, a playground, a basketball court, tennis courts and paved walking trails that merge with sidewalks throughout the community. Many of The Preserve’s neighborhood events are hosted at the clubhouse and pool area. The community offers family-friendly events, including the Pool Opening Party, a Children’s Halloween Party and a Children’s Party with Santa. There are also adults-only clubs, like Preserve Ladies Golf Association, Evening Pickleball and Red, White & Brew Couples Wine Club.
