Houses in Spring Hill City View sit on small lots, smaller than a tenth of an acre. Small front yards often feature trimmed bushes or small trees, while larger backyards are hedged by dense mature flora. Street parking is often utilized, and although most sections of the community have sidewalks, walkability is limited. A popular architectural type is the American Foursquare, some featuring brick exteriors, bay windows, dormers and covered front porches where residents can enjoy the weather on sunny days. Victorian and Tudor influence can be seen throughout the community as well. Other common styles include cozy bungalows and Minimal Traditional cottages. “There’s pretty affordable housing in the Spring Hill area,” Leitera says. “Most homes there are under 200,000.” The age of properties in Spring Hill City View contributes to lower costs. Many of these houses were built between the 1850s and 1930s, with the exception of some midcentury charmers. Overall list prices range from $16,000 to $356,000.
