Single-and-double-wide mobile homes
Briarwood has both new and remodeled pre-owned homes on 332 sites. Prices range from $49,900 to $199,900, according to Trudy Berg, community manager. Single- and double-wide manufactured homes comprise the neighborhood. Narrow gridded streets, occasionally dotted with palm trees, have sidewalks. Most of the homes have peaked roofs and lap siding, providing an aesthetic appeal and designed to make life simpler. Florida rooms are a common feature here. Additionally, the community is conveniently located just 0.6 miles from nearby bodies of water, which makes for stunning views.
