Ranch and New Traditional style houses on grassy lawns
Prospective buyers can choose from traditional 1980s-era ranch-style homes or New Traditional with Mediterranean influences, featuring two or three bedrooms and amenities like attached garages and backyard pools. Turtle Run Park is the closest green space to the neighborhood and offers a soccer field and a small playground. Whitmore Park is also nearby and features a playground and a large pond. Other nature spots nearby include Port St. Lucie Botanical Garden, which features specific areas devoted to housing orchids, butterflies, and hummingbirds; and the St. Lucie River, a go-to for boating, kayaking and spotting manatees, birds and turtles. Golfers can consider joining the PGA Golf Club, located about 6 miles from the neighborhood and featuring 54 holes over three courses.

Children can start school at Bayshore Elementary, then head to Southport Middle School and Port St. Lucie High. All three schools score a B-minus on Niche and are a part of St. Lucie Public Schools. Port St. Lucie High School offers several career and technical education programs, including TV production and auto maintenance and repair.

Shopping and dining in the neighborhood or in nearby Tradition
The Shoppes of Victoria Square shopping center is conveniently located along the neighborhood’s south side and has Winn-Dixie, Walgreens and Dollar Tree. It also has a variety of restaurants, including the locally owned Hong Kong Chinese and Pueblo Viejo, a small chain that has been serving Mexican cuisine to the neighborhood since 1997. Residents are also about 7 miles from the neighborhood of Tradition, which offers shopping at big name retailers and restaurants featuring a variety of cuisines.
