Bayshore Heights is a small, established neighborhood near the center of Port St. Lucie known for its friendly community. “People don’t just pull into their garages without saying hi. It’s very neighborly,” says Ann Marie Green, a Realtor with Supreme Global Realty and Bayshore Heights resident. “I’ve had neighbors leave me food when they make too much, they’ll leave it at my door. It’s just very friendly.” The neighborhood’s location near the middle of the city offers residents easy access to the beaches to the east and shopping in the buzzy new neighborhood of Tradition to the west.
