Rosser Reserve
Suburban Neighborhood in Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Custom contemporary and ranch-style homes are abundant
The homes in Rosser Reserve were built in the 1990s and early 2000s, though it’s possible to find homes from the 2020s, too. Architectural styles are custom contemporary and ranch-style, with low-pitched roofs and two-car garages. Houses sit a bit close, neatly lined up along the streets, but lawns are big, giving residents plenty of space for backyard pools and decks. While the streets lack sidewalks, they are wide and quiet enough for bike riding and dog walking, and small clusters of trees are scattered throughout the neighborhood, offering shade from the hot Florida sun. Prices range from $270,000 for three bedrooms and two bathrooms to $575,000 for four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and residents enjoy no HOA fees. Regarding crime, Rosser Reserve scores a 3 out of 10 on the CAP Index, one point lower than the national average.Peacock Park is located in the neighborhood
“Peacock Park is really nice,” says Mark Naumovitz, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty of Port St. Lucie who sells throughout the area. “You can walk your dog, there are trails, it’s easy to drop your kayak in the lake and do some fishing.” Another spot nearby, Woodland Trails Park, is a little smaller but equally green and filled with open fields, a playground with sensory play elements, and a sidewalk-style walking path that winds throughout. There’s also a dog park where residents take their fur babies to throw the ball around.
Treasure Coast High gives kids many ways to get involved.
St. Lucie Public Schools serves the students in the neighborhood, and they can start school at Bayshore Elementary, which has a B-minus on Niche and serves prekindergarten through fifth grade. Treasure Coast High School serves about 3,000 students and has a student-teacher ratio of 28-to-1. It offers various clubs for kids to join, including Drone Club, Astronomy Club and Titan Robotics. Families interested in private education can send their kids to Ivy League Academy, which serves kindergarten through eighth graders and offers preschool.I-95 is easily accessible
Interstate 95 runs along the neighborhood’s west side and connects residents throughout the state. West Palm Beach is about 50 miles to the south, and Orlando is about 130 miles to the north.
