Private gated community near Port St. Lucie
Verano, which means ‘summer’ in Spanish, is a fitting name for this neighborhood in West Port St. Lucie, Florida. Home to the PGA Village Verano, a luxury gated community, this all-inclusive kind of place, provides residents with everything they need, whether they’re trying to kick back and relax, or looking to get up and get active. From its newly constructed Spanish revival-style homes to its elegant arched entryways, Verano offers a menu of resort-style amenities that keep its residents happy.
“What makes Verano and Port St. Lucie so attractive is the affordability in relation to what you get,” says Diane Gault, a broker associate at Lang Realty. “Some of these homes would be $100,000 or $200,000 dollars more in other parts of Florida.”
Also located within the PGA Village Verano is the age-restricted community of Cresswind. Designated for seniors ages 55+ and older, this subdivision offers all the same amenities but with the age limits.
