Brystol, 55-plus Four Seasons will soon be joined by the Glynlea golf course community
As of summer 2025, most of the available homes are in the Brystol neighborhood, which is divided into north and south neighborhoods. Homes have also been built in the 55-plus Four Seasons community. Both offer a collection of model homes with driveways, attached garages and small yards fronting sidewalks. Prices range from the low $300,000s to the mid-$600,000s. Monthly HOA fees range from the low $200s to the low $300s. “What they do is offer to pay all the closing costs,” Holloway says. “They buy down the interest rate to 4.9 percent, instead of 6 or 7 percent, and that allows for the affordability. They’re dealmakers.” Housing in Glynlea Country Club will be mostly single-family homes, with eventual plans for townhouses. The offerings will feature golf course and waterfront views. Prices will range from the $400,000s to more than $ 1million. The community is far enough inland that flooding is not a big concern, but homeowners should be aware that insurance costs will likely be affected by the risk of wind damage during hurricane season. Each neighborhood will eventually include exclusive amenities
Exclusive amenities are planned for each neighborhood. Residents of Brystol already enjoy a beach-entry pool, pickleball courts, a playground, fitness center and a dog park. Amenities at Four Seasons will include a resort-style pool, several pickleball courts and a fitness center. The community will have its own lifestyle director to organize classes and activities. Glynlea Country Club will feature an 18-hole golf course designed by former U.S. Open winner Jim Furyk. The gated neighborhood will also include pools and pickleball courts at its amenity center. Wylder will eventually feature a network of walking and bike paths. As the area’s residential footprint expands, so does the nearby infrastructure. “Right up on Midway Road, they’re building the largest surf park in the country,” Holloway says. “It’s 5 minutes from Wylder.” Koa Bay is a $600 million multi-use development that will also include a lake, stores, restaurants, entertainment venues and hotels. Nearby Fort Pierce is a haven for boaters and watercraft enthusiasts, who enjoy direct access to the St. Lucie River and the Atlantic Ocean. Beachgoers and anglers also have plenty of options along the Treasure Coast. Nearby Clover Park is the spring training home of the New York Mets, and baseball fans can also catch the Single-A St. Lucie Mets in action during the season.Shopping and dining require a drive to other parts of Port St. Lucie
Town Center at St. Lucie West is anchored by Walmart and features an array of dining options. The Landing at Tradition is a 600,000-square foot shopping center anchored by Target. Both are easily accessible from Interstate 95 just south of the community. Historic Downtown Fort Pierce is a popular riverfront destination that is home to art galleries, boutique stores and restaurants. The community will eventually have its own high school
Land has been set aside within Wylder for the county to build a high school. A timeline for construction has yet to be determined. As of now, the community is zoned for Palm Pointe at Tradition, a K-8 charter school that earns an A from Niche, and Lincoln Park Academy, a magnet school rated A-minus that serves students in sixth through 12th grades. St. Lucie Public Schools is rapidly expanding to handle the county’s growth. Legacy High School, which will serve students in ninth through 12th grades, will open in the Tradition community for the 2025-2026 school year. Western Grove School, a new K-8 institution also in Tradition, is expected to open in 2026. The district offers a choice program, so eligible students can attend schools outside of their geographic zones.Florida's Turnpike, I-95 intersect just minutes away
The community was built along Glades Cut Off Road just minutes from the intersection of Florida’s Turnpike and I-95. Glades Cut Off Road provides access to local attractions such as the Fort Pierce waterfront; the turnpike runs through the heart of Port St. Lucie; and I-95 connects all the major cities along the coast. HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce is about 10 miles from the community. Treasure Coast International Airport is about 15 miles away via I-95, and Palm Beach International Airport is about a 50-mile drive down the interstate.
