While half the neighborhood is made of industrial and commercial properties, the residential half makes it community-minded and open to change. “Post Falls is really focused on growth and development, so they’re investing a lot of time and energy in getting that hometown feel,” says Hannah Masters, an Idaho native and Realtor with Epic Realty | Haven Real Estate. “With the way the neighborhoods are set up, it’s really walkable and the neighbors all talk to each other. It feels like small-town America.”
