Hidden Valley Ranch has over 750 houses, most of which are ranch-style residences built from the 1980s to the late 2000s. "There’s a mixture of townhouses and single-family residences, and it does have an HOA that includes a community center," Gowen says. "They’re still building in there, so they have a few lots available." Colorful ranch-style homes in the southern half of the neighborhood vary in price from $450,000 to $860,000, while those north of Haisley Road and closer to downtown can fetch between $630,000 and $1.1 million. Hidden Valley Ranch’s streetscapes are defined by elevation and vegetation; tall trees provide abundant shade to both residences and people strolling down the neighborhood’s streets.
