Named for the early-20th-century landowner Jasper Newton Wilkinson III, Jasper is a continuation of his family’s pioneering heritage. At the other end of this trail is Watson Lake Park, where sea-blue waters contrast with beige rocks and invite visitors to fish, kayak, canoe and hike.
