Its tree-lined streets and Tudor-style buildings create an upscale vibe, which is balanced with notable landmarks like the Forest Hills Stadium and Austin Street, the neighborhood’s shopping and dining hub. Additionally, easy access to convenient subway options, top-rated schools and local parks helps create the leafy enclave’s “suburb-in-the-city” feel and is why Forest Hills is often considered one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Queens.

Great town to raise a family. Culturally diverse and politically balanced. Great schools. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Close to the city. Safety is the only concern, as it's an issue across NYC.

Family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Many stores and restaurants and wonderful vintage scenery. Forest Hills has been my home since I've moved to the United States and it has been the most wonderful place to grow up in. There are many parks and playgrounds where children can play. Now that I have grown up I like yo go shopping in Austin Street on the weekends. They have many great stores, restaurants, and bars.
