South Randolph is a small suburb outside of Boston
South Randolph is a small suburban neighborhood a little over 15 miles from Boston. It’s located just south of Downtown Randolph, giving residents access to shopping and dining options, as well as the town’s commuter rail to the state capital. Within the neighborhood, locals can walk to acres of conservation land, and homes occupy quiet, tree-lined streets. Plus, it's more affordable than Boston and the towns right outside of it. "A lot of my buyers are being pushed out of Boston because they can't afford it," says real estate agent Liana Williams with Front Hill Brokerage Group, who has sold many homes in the area. "The next two towns are very pricey, so Randolph is a good middle ground."
