"Homes in Perry are one of the few bargains you can still get,” says Fink. “House prices are low, taxes are low— you can get a really nice house for under $300,000 in this area.”

However, the general area is considered car-dependent, and commuters can take State Route 172 east toward Canton or west toward Massillon. Using US Route 77, a trip to the Akron-Canton Airport is about a 12-mile drive.
