Conveniently-located Dallas suburb close to entertainment and highways
Located in Richardson’s northern end, the aptly named Northrich neighborhood is a quiet community that boasts proximity to some of the city’s most happening spots. Nearby destinations like CityLine and Richardson’s Core District provide unique shopping and dining options, while Highway 75 grants easy connections to Downtown Dallas and the greater Metroplex area. Paired with top-rated schools, Northrich offers a tranquil suburban feel outside of Dallas. “Richardson overall is a really convenient place, located close to two major thoroughfares,” says Suzy Neal, a local Realtor with Compass. “And Northrich, in particular, is a very family-oriented neighborhood with a very active community.”

For classic hamburgers and root beer, locals visit Del's Charcoal Hamburgers. Since 1957, this neighborhood barbecue has been a mainstay of the neighborhood. CityLine is a sizable mixed-use project located north of the neighborhood with several stores and eateries, such as Good Union Urban BBQ. “It’s a great place to have dinner, hang out outside or take your dog to play frisbee,” Neal adds. The development also often hosts night markets with up to 45 local merchants and free live music on the plaza.
