Prospective homebuyers will find plenty of split-level, ranch-style and National homes throughout the neighborhood. "You won't find a whole lot of new construction in the area," says Haschak. "But you will find a lot of nice ranches and other traditional styles, and they've usually been taken care of or renovated." Many of these renovated homes are historic in nature and reflect the neighborhood's founding. The homes are well-maintained properties with spacious lots and mature landscaping. Additionally, Haschak notes, "Taxes in the area are really cheap, some of the cheapest in the state. That's definitely part of the appeal."Richland schools earn high marks
