Across the township, you'll find various housing options to fit your needs and budget. Surrounding the towns of Richland and Quakertown, you'll find suburban community developments with recently constructed traditional homes. Closer to the longstanding community of Richlandtown, there are Victorians with wrap-around porches and ornate Dutch Colonials. There are also rowhouses and townhouses closer to the town centers. On the edges of the township, you'll find acres of pastoral green farmland, with farmhouses and estates scattered throughout. Quakertown Community Schools include a well-rated high school

Highway 476 offers a route to Philadelphia

The township is centrally located within Bucks County, putting you about 15 miles from Allentown, about 50 miles from Philadelphia and about 8 miles from the 476 Highway. This major highway connects you to Interstate 76, which you can then take into Philly. When you need to travel further, you're about 20 miles from Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown and 60 miles from Philadelphia International Airport. Along North West End Boulevard, get daily necessities like groceries at GIANT or Walmart and healthcare services at Saint Luke's Hospital.
