Cape Cods and Colonial Revivals on quiet streets
Cape Cods with their iconic dormers and multi-level Colonial Revivals with their imposing brick facades are prevalent. Most homes were built in the 1940s, but many have been updated over the years. The typical home sits on a spacious lot with a well-maintained yard. Side driveways and detached backyard garages are standard features. Prices typically range from the low 300,000s to the high 400,000s.
The entire community comprises about 200 homes on just over 60 acres. “It’s a cozy little neighborhood,” says Matthew Brotzge, mayor of Richlawn and a local attorney. “The neighbors are friendly and it’s a good, quiet place to live.”
