George is a third-generation real estate broker with 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, investment, REO, and foreclosure properties. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided thousands of buyers, sellers, investors, and financial institutions through complex real estate transactions. His expertise in property valuation and market analysis has led to the completion of more than 3,000 Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and working relationships with more than 19 asset management companies and financial institutions. In 2026, George was honored as "Kentucky Master Broker of the Year" by the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), recognizing his leadership and longstanding contributions to the real estate industry.
Together, we founded our own real estate company in 2009 and grew it into one of Kentucky's leading independent brokerages. Today, Green Team Real Estate Services serves clients throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana in residential, commercial, investment, land, estate, and REO transactions. Our team of 10 agents is committed to providing expert guidance, clear communication, and a client-focused experience from start to finish.
