Students in Pocoshock attend G.H. Reid Elementary School, River City Middle School and Huguenot High School, which are all part of the Richmond Public Schools district. G.H. Reid Elementary, which earns an overall grade of C-minus from Niche, is located right in the neighborhood, within walking distance from many residences. River City Middle School also eceives a C-minus from Niche.
