This high school is known for being one of the top highschools for Virginia and it does the best to continue being the best. You have close connections with the teachers and also connections with surrounding colleges, such as VCU. I enjoyed my time here but I do wish there was more diversity.

I like the amount of freedom you experience at Open High. The school drives you to be very independent yet it is such a family environment. Since it's a small school everyone gets to know everyone. The school makes you feel like home.
