A master-planned, suburban community in Aberdeen, Hollywoods, 27 miles from Baltimore, is favored for its proximity to nearby roadways and towns. “It’s convenient to Baltimore and Aberdeen Proving Ground, the military base. Condos, townhouses and single-family homes
Hollywoods was developed in the early 2000s and is divided into sections according to housing type. At the northern end of the development are modern Colonial Revival-style condos. Taking up most of the area are Colonial Revival-style townhouses with vinyl siding and brick facade. Many have colorfully painted shutters. Condos and townhouses have shared green spaces, and each section of townhouses has a shared playground. At the southern end of the development are single-family homes in the New Traditional style with Colonial Revival inspiration. Single-family homes generally have front and backyards with room for a deck or a patio. All houses line winding streets bordered by sidewalks and green, manicured lawns. Prices depend on housing type. Townhouses and condos range from $275,000 to $440,000. The Community Asset Management is a property management team that services the homeowners’ association for three condo buildings and charges $305 to $440 per month, depending on the building, and $250 a quarter for land association fees. HOA fees for townhouses are around $85 a month. Single-family homes range from $320,000 to $525,000. HOA fees for single-family homes are around $18 a month.
