Williams Middle. Kids can finish their primary education at Rockwall High School, which has an A on Niche, offers a film club and is known for its athletic programs. “Their wrestling program is one of the top in the country,” adds Termini. All the houses in the master-planned community are along the northeastern side of John King Boulevard. Homes tend to be upscale, blending contemporary and European influences, like stone facades and tower-like turrets. “The homes are on the larger side,” Termini says. “You aren’t going to find anything under 2,000 square feet.” Most properties were built in the late 2010s, but some modern builds were constructed in 2023 and 2024. Prices range from the high-$500,000s for a 3,000-square-foot three-bedroom to over $1 million for a 4,500-square-foot five-bedroom. Lot sizes are spacious, with most stretching over a quarter acre, some topping out at a half acre. Most dwellings have large pools, multi-car garages, spacious paved driveways for boats or RVS and well-landscaped lawns with fruit trees. Residents enjoy tree-lined hiking and biking trails, a community pool, playgrounds, a ballfield, a playground and a wildflower trail. “There are sidewalks around the entire community. There are always people out and about walking,” Termini says. “You’ll see kids riding around on their bikes.”Surrounded by shopping and dining
