Gated neighborhood off Lake Ray Hubbard
Behind the gates of Chandlers Landing, custom homes come with sweeping views of Lake Ray Hubbard and residents enjoy another’s company. “It feels like a small town; everyone is very friendly and helpful,” says Geoffrey Lyons, a Regal Realtors real estate agent with over five years of experience. “Neighbors will pick up tree branches and help others get their garbage cans to the curb.” The waterfront neighborhood features hidden horseshoe streets and varied amenities, like a marina and a tennis club, inside a 24-hour manned security gate. Chandlers Landing sits just south of Interstate 30, which crosses the lake and leads directly into the heart of the Metroplex.
