Gated subdivisions

The majority of homes in Stoneridge are newer builds from the early 2000s. Many feature a Mediterranean influence with stucco facades and stone accents, while others are modern, Craftsman builds. These large homes sit on big lots and are in the $615,000 to $1.4 million range. “Many of these subdivisions inside Stoneridge are in gated communities and that’s big for people who like privacy,” says Park. In the east and northern ends of the neighborhood, homes have large backyards and often feature private pools. Attached garages make parking easy, and the roads are quiet, often ending in cul-de-sacs. Many of the houses are equipped with solar panels, making them perfect for the environmentally conscious. Owners should be aware that the Miner’s Ravine area in the southern part of the area is prone to flooding.
