Serene, convenient living in Natomas Park
Located in the northwestern section of Sacramento, Natomas Park is a peaceful suburban community with convenient access to highways, shopping centers and downtown Sacramento. “In general, people come to live in Natomas because it’s a short drive to downtown,” says Jim Amen, who is a Realtor at Amen Real Estate with 21 years of experience. “There are lots of jobs, including state jobs, downtown. And the Kings play at Golden 1 Center, which is also a big draw.” In addition to landscaped parks scattered throughout the community, myriad creeks and streams flow through the area, offering abundant recreational opportunities.
