The homes in Rolling Hills, scattered among several subdivisions, are modern constructions, with most being built in the 2000s and 2010s. New constructions are still available in some subdivisions. A mix of short and tall palm trees line the community’s wide and well-kept sidewalks. Some subdivisions, like Deerfield Preserve, are constructed around lakes, giving homes a waterfront view. Access to Saint Augustine and elsewhere
State Road 207 and U.S. Route 1 sandwich the neighborhood, allowing resident to travel throughout the state with ease. Saint Augustine’s historic downtown is four miles away, and Saint Augustine Beach is six miles away. It is approximately three miles to UF Health Flagler Hospital. Jacksonville International Airport is about 60 miles away.
