Pine Lake Estates has lakeside living near downtown St. Cloud
Pine Lake Estates allows homebuyers to live close to downtown St. Cloud while enjoying a neighborhood with a “ton of character,” says Ian Rinehart, a real estate agent with Royal Realty and St. Cloud native. The area has various home styles, including some patterned after European castles and the White House. Oak trees tower over large, well-manicured lawns. At the center of the neighborhood is a small lake, but while it is not accessible from the street, homes do have docks and piers extending from backyards into the water. For lakeside enjoyment, the community is just south of East Lake Tohopekaliga, and numerous other outdoor attractions are nearby.
