St. Petersburg neighborhood near dozens of restaurants and shops
Sitting about 2 miles north of downtown St. Petersburg, the Allendale neighborhood stands out for its plethora of retail and restaurant options. “You don’t even need to go downtown to take advantage of the restaurants and shops,” says Debbie Momberg of Smith & Associates Real Estate, with 15 years of selling experience in the area. “But another big draw is the elevation in the area; we say the higher the dryer, and it’s huge not to have to worry about flood insurance.” In addition to the convenience and elevation, the neighborhood includes mid-century homes, spaces for outdoor activities and is a few miles away from one of the highest-ranked high schools in the state.
Allendale is just minutes from downtown St.Pete where you have many options to enjoy.
