Aside from a condominium complex, the northern section of the neighborhood, above 94th Avenue, is mostly commercial, while the southern portion is almost exclusively residential. The aforementioned condos typically sell for between $120,000 and $400,000. Condos and townhouses below 94th Avenue can be anywhere from $130,000 to $235,000. Single-family architecture includes bungalows, ranch-style homes and larger Spanish Revival homes that range in price from $250,000 to $750,000.
