Rose Park

Brick ramblers sitting along wide, walkable streets
“Rose Park has older style homes, so pricing is lower, but many of them have been renovated,” Hunwick says. Babb says train tracks run through the area, and homes on the eastern side of the tracks tend to be more affordable. The majority of homes are brick, mid-1900s ramblers priced between about $400,000 and $550,000. Properties sit close together and are separated by metal fences. They have features like chimneys, small front lawns and three-step porches. Tall trees like Ponderosa Pines shade the wide sidewalks in Rose Park. Most homes have carports rather than garages.Outdoor activities at Riverside Park
