An established suburb with ranch-style homes from the ‘70s

The neighborhood features a mix of ranch-style homes built throughout the 1970s. Most properties have attached garages or carports and sit on quarter-acre lots with fenced-in backyards. Home prices typically range from $175,000 to $250,000, and properties sell after an average of 53 days on the market. The neighborhood doesn’t have a mandatory HOA, which differentiates it from many surrounding master-planned communities where residents must pay monthly HOA dues.
