Arcadia Ridge is a new home community in the Far West Side of San Antonio

Arcadia refers to a region of simple pleasure and pastoral serenity, and the master-planned community of Arcadia Ridge lives up to its name with approximately 200 acres of open green space. Winding nature trails branch off its residential streets, and the neighborhood’s amenities center provides ample opportunities for outdoor recreation. In addition to its leafy streetscapes, Arcadia Ridge is part of the highly rated Northside Independent School District and is home to Dr. Caroline Wernli Elementary School. Residents also have access to shopping and dining along the Potranco Road corridor, and the Far West Side has become a popular destination for people looking to find a slice of suburbia on the edge of the Alamo City. “I grew up on the Far West Side, so I’ve seen a lot of the growth here. They’re expanding Potranco Road to help with that population growth, and you still have access to those highways that get you downtown,” says Ryan Nichols, a Realtor with Keller Williams City View. Arcadia Ridge is a few miles west of Loop 1604, and downtown San Antonio is about 25 miles away.
