"It's a really nice, desirable area." Residents here enjoy the scenic neighborhood streets and the privacy of their large lots, but they also have convenient access to shopping, dining, schools and other essentials. Large lots and mature trees in Braun Station
Homes in Braun Station come in several different styles. Ramirez says many homes were built in the 1990s and have more character than those built today. Buyers can find traditional brick houses and ranch-style homes throughout the community. Most homes come with spacious built-in garages. Homes are close enough together that the neighborhood has a suburban feel but have enough room between them to feel private. "The yards are pretty big, so you're not going to walk outside and feel like you're standing over your neighbor or peeking through their windows. The lots are oversized," says Ramirez. Many homes in the neighborhood have plenty of mature live oak trees shielding them from view from the street. In some areas, the trees practically form an arch over the road, giving the neighborhood a tranquil feel. Three-bedroom homes in the neighborhood range from $250,000 to $430,000. Homes in the neighborhood's north side are on the lower end of the price range. Four-bedroom homes typically cost at least $350,000.
