Conveniently located between downtown and the medical center

Five miles north of downtown San Antonio sits the community of Central Los Angeles Heights, where cozy bungalows sit on well-spaced lawns and are often walkable to local restaurants. What sells the neighborhood is its convenient location along Interstate 10, which is especially useful to San Antonio’s medical professionals. “This community is very close to downtown San Antonio, about five miles, and it’s also close to the medical center the opposite way,” says Tasha Koltermann, who’s been selling real estate in San Antonio for over 20 years. “It’s right off of I-10 between the medical center and downtown, so if you’re a medical professional, then you’re close to either of those. UT Health Science and UTSA Medical have campuses both downtown and in the medical center, so it makes it an easy commute either way.”
