Peak Greenway Trails System, the main trailheads for which are at Pletz County Park, Belgium Lane and East Houston Street.

"The further out you are from downtown," Strick says, "The more you'll have to drive." The neighborhood also has bus stops along Martin Luther King Drive and East Commerce Street, providing residents with multiple ways to get around the city. For trips out of town or to pick up visitors, the San Antonio International Airport is about 15 miles away.
