Ranch-style and custom-built homes that rarely come on the market
The neighborhood embraces a variety of housing styles. Traditional ranch-style homes sit on the same street as sprawling custom-built properties, many with horseshoe driveways, stucco exteriors and terracotta tile roofs that draw inspiration from Mission Revival architecture. Coolcrest doesn’t have an HOA, which differentiates it from many of the nearby master-planned communities that require residents to pay monthly HOA dues.
