Beginning around $130,000 and going as high as $375,000, popular home styles include one-story ranch-styles and bungalows. When driving around the area, there are several useful roads available. SE Military Drive extends through the southern edge of the neighborhood and coincides with Interstate-37, which is another significant roadway. "I-37 is a well-traveled highway because it gives you access to Corpus Christi and the beach area. You can also get to downtown San Antonio from there," Novy says. In fact, the neighborhood is less than six miles from downtown San Antonio as well as 86 miles from the capital city of Austin. Stinson- Mission Municipal Airport is about a five-mile distance from the neighborhood.
