Single-family homes on the west side of San Antonio
Los Jardines has single-family homes on the west side of San Antonio, nestled along Highway 151, which offers easy access in and out of the city. Most people move here because of its proximity to facilities like the Lackland Air Force Base to the south, an Amazon warehouse and Fire Training Academy to the west and St. Mary’s University and Our Lake of the Lake University to the north and east. Home values here are lower than in other San Antonio neighborhoods, providing pathways to homeownership for first-time buyers and accessible options for those buying second or third homes. While living here, residents enjoy being close to mom-and-pop Mexican restaurants, the 27-acre Cuellar Park, its adjacent pool and community center and a collection of public, private and charter schools.
