Ranch-style homes with updated amenities fill the neighborhood
Cul-de-sacs and gridded streets fill the neighborhood, and many homes are within walking distance of the country club. Ranch-style houses make up most of the market. While they were built between the 1940s and the 1960s, they have been renovated over the years. Prices generally range from the mid-$500,000s to the mid-$900,000s. The median single-family home price is in the mid-$600,000s, which is slightly more expensive than in Golden Valley. Realtor Jeff Teel with Progressive Properties, who’s been working in the area for over 25 years, says that Nena has “some of the best home values in San Bernardino.”
