The first homes in Alder Manor were built in the 1930s, but most of what is here now was developed from the 1960s to 1980s, and large lot sizes continue to attract builders. Eaton Park serves as the natural centerpiece of this hilltop community. This 58-acre park includes 3 miles of winding trails culminating at a scenic overlook with views of the Bay Area.
